The Accommodation Details

In the sitting room indulge in your very own home cinema by watching your favourite shows on a projector TV with huge motorised screen - excellent for watching either sports, 'the tweenies' or a good old fashion film. Although you have the full sky+ package you also benefit from a huge video library for family entertainment with lots of top titles (over 100). To ensure the kids are kept thoroughly entertained throughout your holiday, we also supply lots of toys from dressing up clothes to building blocks and train sets to board games and puzzles. 

The open-plan kitchen/sitting room has been meticulously furnished & equipped. You will also find an additional oven should you need it! There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables where you can enjoy freshly baked croissants each morning, or spend many enjoyable hours whilst enjoying your evening meal. We have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave & a large fridge - (very important!) plus an additional small fridge so your wine can be cooling! Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied, so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal.

Those little extras - You will also find kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, dish cloths, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling film, kitchen towels, salt & pepper pots plus various herbs at your disposal - a few less items to pack & always appreciated.

For the little ones we include - a high chair, travel cot, changing mat, pushchair, plus essentials like a microwave sterilizer, bottle warmer, food blender and children's crockery, cutlery and themed place mats.

Le Mimosa has 5 bedrooms - Two master bedrooms, one twin (able to be made into an extra double if required) one triple bedroom (one set of bunk beds & an adult size bed) & one quadruple bedroom (with two sets of bunk beds). For maximum comfort all double beds have mattress toppers.

Freshly pressed 100% luxury cotton bed linen is supplied for each guest submitted on the booking form and left in the villa for your arrival as well as hand/bath towels for all guests. In addition, you can hire large 100% cotton towels for the beach/pool (saves that bit of extra room in the case!) We also offer daily maid service (at a supplement) so your beds can be ready for you to slip into after a hard day at the beach or round the pool!

In the sitting room you will find a helpful folder with lists of local restaurants, both child-friendly and 'just for the grown-ups', a list top-ten activities to do with the kids, plus maps of the area, best beaches to visit, plus much more. Excellent for planning your days out and a great read over a glass of wine!

Please note - the triple bedroom does not have an opening window but has been fitted with a VMC and good lighting.

The swimming pool & children's pool

A brand new fenced, heated and PRIVATE swimming pool is being constructed in January 2010 replacing the existing above ground pool and will continue to sit in amongst 1200m2 of private mature gardens.

The children's pool ensures plenty of fun for the younger ones, (although most parents do it enjoy it too!)

NB - Both pools are fully fenced and have lockable gates for which the parents hold the key.

The child friendly large garden

The 1200m2 landscaped gardenis well established with lots of mature plants and shrubs from Palm trees to Olive trees.  It is completely private and not overlooked by any other property.  The garden is fully fenced with a gate to the front entrance. 

The kids will enjoy the children’s play areawith swings, slide and sandpit. (buckets and spades supplied!) Overlooking the gardens, there is a terrace area leading from the patio doors sun loungers and plenty of shade - ideal for your 5 o'clock Pimms! You will also love the large chimney-style barbecue, which cooks food to perfection!

There is ample parking and secure gates at the front of the property.

Just for the kids........

We have lots of board games and puzzles for the kids to enjoy, a large library of books from babies to teens (plus lots of bedtime stories....!) and lots of children's toys including train sets, building blocks, wonderful dolls' houses and dressing up clothes with princess slippers.

You will be delighted by the number of clean, high-quality toys on offer to keep the little ones amused. Happy children = Happy parents!
